How do you do it?

You'll need a piece of software called a “news reader” or “aggregator.” Some web browsers have a news reader built right in. These include Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and above, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 and above, and Apple Safari 2.0 and above.
Another option is to use a separate program, such as FeedDemon or NetNewsWire. There are also web-based news readers, such as Bloglines.
