clover water filter

Many thanks to David (www.espressoanalysts.com) he spent a couple of hours putting in a brand new water filtration system for the clover today. I asked him a couple of weeks ago to find the best filter he could find for it - well, after much deliberation he found the optimum system. I do concur. I had a cup of Bolivian right after the switch and it is amazing! The cup quality is much cleaner, smoother than before (if you can even imagine that).
